A connection to medicine was always in Dr. Glenn A. Crosby’s heart, thanks to his father and namesake, a Memphis cardiovascular surgeon. After completing his training at the University of Tennessee and in Washington, D.C., Dr. Crosby returned to his hometown to work at Semmes Murphey and then open his own neurosurgical practice, The Crosby Clinic. The office is located within the Baptist Hospital complex and was funded in part by Financial Federal, which provided small business loans and an ongoing line of credit to maintain the property and equipment.
Repeatedly named among the best doctors in Memphis by his peers, Dr. Crosby also sees patients weekly in Corinth, Mississippi and holds monthly appointments with the Tri-State Specialty Physicians in Marion, Arkansas, expanding the reach of his services to areas that may not otherwise have access to his specialized care.
Dr. Crosby has a long-standing partnership with Financial Federal, originally with John Montesi, and currently with Tom Michael, Senior Vice President, to coordinate both his business and personal banking, including the loan for his family retreat in Grand Junction, Tennessee. “It changes the entire process to work with someone you trust. I know I could work with anyone on the Financial Federal team and get the same amount of attention, but at this point, Tom knows my needs before I do.”
Tom Michael also works with all three of Crosby’s brothers. “I’ve known the Crosby family since the 1980s, and I appreciate that I can be part of the work they do in Memphis,” said Michael. “It’s more than a banking relationship, it’s a friendship.”
