The $335 million community bank has executed a lease to occupy 27,000 square feet on the first and second floors of the Renaissance Center at 1715 Aaron Brenner Drive. The bank will move all of its offices and operations to the new location from its current office on Humphreys Boulevard.
In an announcement, Financial Federal President William Tayloe said the bank’s leadership had been discussing a possible relocation for some time. When the Renaissance Center opportunity presented itself, they decided to pull the trigger.
“Our deposits and loan portfolios have seen remarkable growth over the past several years.” Tayloe said. “We have been fortunate to deepen our relationships with our existing customers while continuing to gain market share.”
Financial Federal was represented by Wyatt Aiken and Jacob Biddle of Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Advisors in the transaction. Ron Kastner from CBRE Memphis represented the Renaissance Center.
Founded in 1985, Financial Federal specializes in private banking, mortgage banking and commercial banking.
