An executive with Memphis-based Financial Federal Bank was elected to the board of directors for the Southern Financial Exchange (SFE).

Ean Colley, senior vice president and manager of deposit services for Financial Federal, will serve a three-year board term as SFE's Memphis area representative.

SFE is a not-for-profit payments association. The organization serves individuals, financial institutions and corporations in Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee.

“Financial Federal Bank has been a member of the Southern Financial Exchange for over three years and has enjoyed not only its training courses for bank personnel, but also their audit and risk assessment services,” Colley said in a release. “They have been a wonderful resource to us as we have expanded our electronic products and services to consumer and business customers while navigating the changing compliance and regulatory landscape.”

Colley has more than 30 years of banking experience. She has been with Financial Federal since 2012.
