Kent is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and General Counsel for the Bank.

Fred Montesi, III

Fred is founder, President and CEO of Southern Stores, Inc., a management company serving various retail and real estate entities.

Russell E. Bloodworth, Jr.

Rusty is the Executive Vice President of Boyle Investment Company, where he is responsible for the firm’s planning and development activity.

Barham Ray

Barham is a private investor and a financial consultant. He serves on the Board of Directors for Longleaf Partners Funds and Innova Memphis.

Alvin W. Wunderlich, Jr.

Alvin retired from National Trust Life Insurance Company of Memphis, during which time he served as President and Chairman of the board.
