Custom
At Financial Federal, we can make a construction loan when you are ready to build your house and modify the same loan into a mortgage when your home is complete. We offer a "One Time" closing that reduces closing costs and streamlines the lending process from lot acquisition through the building process to a permanent mortgage.

Builder
Financial Federal provides construction loans to builders in order to build "market houses". Our builder business continues to be a big part of our portfolio and we believe our unmatched service, understanding of the market, and commitment is a big reason for our success.

Development
We also provide financing for residential land development. Our development lending is an extension of our builder program and we offer developers the same service, flexibility, and commitment. Most of our development lending is in Shelby County, Fayette County, and north Mississippi.
