Financial Federal is headquartered in Memphis, with offices in Nashville and Atlanta. The Commercial and Multifamily division specializes in commercial real estate financing on a national scale, with servicing centralized in Memphis.

Financial Federal is a Program Plus Seller/Servicer for Freddie Mac, as well as a loan production and servicing correspondent for Credit Suisse, Macquarie Capital, Bridger Commercial Funding, American Equity Life Insurance Company, Protective Life Insurance Company, National Life Insurance Company of Vermont, and other Wall Street firms and Life Insurance companies. The Commercial and Multifamily division has received several awards from its investors over the years for production volume and quality of offerings. Annual production of commercial real estate loans is typically $200-$400 million. From our home office in Memphis, we service over $1 Billion in commercial loans with properties in over 30 states from California to Vermont to Florida.

General lending terms are non-recourse permanent loans, usually with 10 year terms and a 25-30 year amortization. We actively seek loans over $1,000,000 for apartments, retail, multi-tenant office, hotel, industrial, mobile home, and self storage facilities.
