Steve Curnutte is Senior Vice President of the Commercial/Multifamily Lending Division and manages Loan Production at the Bank's Nashville location. Mr. Curnutte's 26 year career in Commercial Banking includes the last 19 years at Financial Federal. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, is a member of Mortgage Bankers Association and is a member and past president of West End Sertoma.
Becky Fiedler, Assistant Vice President and Residential Loan Officer, joined Financial Federal in 1995. Ms. Fiedler has 23 years of community mortgage banking experience. Prior to joining Financial Federal, Ms. Fiedler served as a Loan Officer of both Home Federal and First Commercial Bank. She graduated with a BBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Mississippi and is active in the community as a member of the Parents Board of Christ Methodist Day School and is a sustaining member of The Junior League of Memphis.
Mary Floyd has 28 years of community mortgage banking experience. Ms. Floyd joined Financial Federal in June 1985 as one of the founding Officers of the Bank, and is Senior Vice President and Manager of the Residential Mortgage Lending Division. She serves as Compliance Officer and a member of the Bank's Executive Committee. She began her mortgage banking career in 1980 at Leader Federal as Assistant Vice President of the Secondary Marketing Division. Ms. Floyd attended the University of Memphis, the Institute of Financial Education, and has been an instructor for the American Institute of Banking. She is a member of Mortgage Bankers Association and devotes a significant amount of her time to the elderly in our community.
Cynthia Gamblin, Vice President and Controller, joined the Bank in 1998. Ms. Gamblin has 10 years of Community Banking experience. She is a graduate of Rhodes College with a degree in Business Administration.
Jim Heimbach, CMB, Vice President and Portfolio Manager of the Commercial/Multifamily Lending Division, joined Financial Federal in 1992. Mr. Heimbach has 16 years of commercial lending experience and has earned the CMB designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association of America. He is an alumnus of The University of Tennessee and a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association. He is active in the community as a member of Christian Brothers High School Parents Board.
Sam Hubbard, Senior Vice President of the Construction Lending Division, has 33 years of construction lending experience. Prior to joining Financial Federal in 1997, he served as Senior Vice President of Construction Lending at Boatmen's Bank. Mr. Hubbard is a native Memphian, a 28 year member of the Air National Guard and a member of the Memphis Homebuilders Association.
John Loebel, Vice President and Residential Loan Officer, joined Financial Federal in 1994 and has 21 years of Mortgage Banking experience. Prior to joining Financial Federal, Mr. Loebel was Manager of Real Estate Financing. He is a graduate of Rhodes College.
Madeline McDonald, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, joined Financial Federal in 1986 and has over 25 years of community banking experience. Prior to joining Financial Federal, Ms. McDonald served as Home Office Underwriter and Lending Operations Manager of Leader Federal. She is a graduate of Lambuth University and holds an MS degree from the University of Tennessee, Martin.
Tom Michael is Senior Vice President of the Private Banking Division. Mr. Michael's 31 year banking career includes serving as Branch Manager of both Memphis Bank and Trust and First American Bank and 17 years in private banking including starting the Private Banking Division for First American. He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and is a past president for the Memphis Central Rotary Club and past Assistant District Governor of District 6800 Rotary Club.
John W. Montesi, Jr. is founder and Co-Chairman of the Board of Financial Federal Savings Bank. He is also President of Financial FedCorp, the holding company for Financial Federal. Mr. Montesi holds an MBA in Business and is an alumnus of Christian Brothers High School, Vanderbilt University, and Southern Methodist University. He has served the community as Trustee of the Hutchison School and Christian Brothers University and as Director of the Community Foundation of Greater Memphis and the Neighborhood Christian Center.
Carolyn Sobral, Vice President of Deposit Services, joined Financial Federal in 1997. Ms. Sobral's career includes employment in New York with B. F. Goodrich International Division and A. S. Hansen Actuarial Firm, and in Memphis as Manager of Federated Stores. She attended The University of Tennessee and The New School in Greenwich Village and is active in the community working with Habitat for Humanity and The Salvation Army.
Steve Sutton joined Financial Federal in 1996, is Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer, and a member of the Bank's Executive Committee with over 32 years of real estate lending experience. Prior to joining Financial Federal, Mr. Sutton was President and founder of Lexington Mortgage Company and also served as Senior Vice President and Senior Real Estate Officer for Commerce Union Bank. He attended the University of Arkansas and Arkansas State University, earning his BS degree in marketing and is also a graduate of the National School of Commercial Lending in Norman, Oklahoma and the Mid-South School of Banking. Mr. Sutton is a member of Lambda Alpha International and the Mortgage Bankers Association. He is a master board member of the Marion School District, a former advisory board member of Citizens Bank and a former member of the Long Range Planning Committee of the City of Marion, Arkansas.
William Tayloe serves as President. Mr. Tayloe joined Financial Federal in 2000 and has served in various positions. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President and Manager of Financial Federal's Construction and Development Lending Division. He is a member of the Bank's Executive Committee. He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and is active in the community serving as a member of the Alumni Executive Board of Memphis University School and as a member of the Finance and Administration Committee of St. John's.
Jon Van Hoozer, CMB joined Financial Federal in 1993 and is Vice President of the Commercial/Multifamily Division. Mr. Van Hoozer has 15 years of commercial lending experience and has earned the CMB designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association of America. He graduated from The University of Richmond and also earned an MBA from Christian Brothers University. He is a member of Mortgage Bankers Association and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Hickory Hill Boys & Girls Club.
Dan Wiggins, Senior Vice President of the Commercial/Multifamily Division and Manager of Loan Production in Atlanta, joined Financial Federal in 1994. Mr. Wiggins began his 41 year commercial banking career with Lomas & Nettleton in Dallas, Texas and Miami, Florida. Prior positions over the past 30 years in Atlanta include Senior Vice President and Manager of the Commercial Loan Division at Mortgage First, Vice President of Cushman & Wakefield, and Asset Marketing and Seller Finance Specialist of the Resolution Trust Corporation. He served in the United States Army and attended Fort Smith Community College, Los Angeles City College, and Southern Methodist University with a concentration in real estate and finance. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers, Atlanta Board of Realtors, Atlanta Apartment Association, and the Georgia Mortgage Bankers Association.
Richard T. Wood, III, CMB serves as Senior Vice President and Co-Manager of the Commercial/Multifamily Division. Mr. Wood's 32 year career as a commercial mortgage banker in Memphis includes the last 15 years at Financial Federal and prior positions as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending at First Tennessee Bank and Union Planters Bank. Mr. Wood earned a BS in Economics from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama. He has served as President of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Memphis, President of the Memphis Chapter of Lambda Alpha International, board member of the Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association and has earned the Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association of America. He is active in civic affairs with the American Cancer Society, The Exchange Club, and The Memphis Food Bank.
Kent Wunderlich joined Financial Federal in 1987 and serves as Co-Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and General Counsel for the Bank. He is a former law partner at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, and Berkowitz. Mr. Wunderlich graduated from Memphis University School, the University of Virginia, and holds a Law Degree from Memphis State University. He has been active in the community having served on the Board of Trustees of Memphis University School, the Boys Club of Memphis and Neighborhood Housing Opportunities.
Susan Yount joined Financial Federal in 1988 and serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Bank's Executive Committee. She has 35 years of banking experience, having served as Trust Officer at First Tennessee. She is a graduate of Memphis State University and holds a CPA designation.
