Directors

John W. Montesi, Jr. is founder and Co-Chairman of the Board of Financial Federal Savings Bank. He is also President of Financial FedCorp, the holding company for Financial Federal. Mr. Montesi holds an MBA in Business and is an alumnus of Christian Brothers High School, Vanderbilt University, and Southern Methodist University. He has served the community as Trustee of Hutchison School and Christian Brothers University and as Director of the Community Foundation of Greater Memphis and the Neighborhood Christian Center.

Kent Wunderlich joined Financial Federal in 1987 and now serves as Co-Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and General Counsel for the Bank. He is a former law partner at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, and Berkowitz. Mr. Wunderlich graduated from Memphis University School, the University of Virginia, and holds a Law Degree from Memphis State University. He has been active in the community, having served on the Board of Trustees of Memphis University School, the Boys Club of Memphis and Neighborhood Housing Opportunities.

Alvin W. Wunderlich, Jr. retired from a long term career with National Trust Life Insurance Company of Memphis, during which time he served as President and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Wunderlich graduated from Rhodes College with a BA in Economics and attended graduate school at the University of Michigan and the University of Texas. Mr. Wunderlich is a former Board Member of First Tennessee National Corporation (now First Horizon National) and Capital Holding Corporation. He has served many community and civic organizations in Memphis and is past president of the Memphis Rotary Club and United Way of Memphis. He was once named as Outstanding Citizen by the Civitan Club.

Fred Montesi, III is founder, President and CEO of Southern Stores, Inc., a management company serving various retail, restaurant and real estate entities, as well as being the licensee for over 100 Blockbuster video stores in the Southeast. He has served on the Franchise Advisory Council and the Board of the Association of Blockbuster Franchisees. A graduate of Southern Methodist University, Mr. Montesi holds a BBA in Marketing and Finance. His community and civic activities include involvement with Christian Brothers High School, the National Conference for Community and Justice, the Children's Museum of Memphis, Christian Brothers University and the Economics Club.

Barham Ray has been with SSM Corporation, a financial consulting and venture capital firm, since 1974. His investment responsibilities have included primarily software and technology companies. He is a Director of the three Longleaf Partners mutual funds. Mr. Ray graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BA and from the University of Virginia with an MBA. He is a Trustee of Memphis University School and the Hutchison School in Memphis.

Russell E. Bloodworth, Jr. is Executive Vice President of Boyle Investment Company where he is responsible for the firm's planning and development activity. He is also involved with the firm's management and strategic planning. He received his bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Virginia and did graduate work in housing analysis in Yale's Environmental Design Program, studying in France and Italy and is a Knight's Fellow in Community Development at the University of Virginia. He has numerous professional affiliations with realtor and builders associations. His civic and community involvements include Urban Land Institute, Memphis District, the Chamber of Commerce, and Board of Trustees for the Memphis University School.
